Jarek Mankiewicz
(b. 1980, Lublin, Poland)
Currently living and working in Lisbon, Portugal.
Graduate of Graphic Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland.
Master’s diploma project in Printmaking (Etching) under the supervision of Prof. Artur Popek.

After completing his studies, he worked at his alma mater in the intaglio and relief print studios and taught courses in digital graphics and composition.
He later moved to Warsaw, where he worked as a graphic and motion designer. He is a co-founder of Warsaw based animation studio Czwarta Rano.
Since 2020 based in Portugal.
In July 2025 he participated in an artistic residency at Museu da Guarda, Portugal, as part of the International Contemporary Art Symposium SIAC #8. In autumn 2025, he presented a solo exhibition at Galeria Castra Leuca Arte Contemporânea in Castelo Branco, Portugal.
His works are held in the collections of Museu da Guarda (Portugal), Museu Municipal Amadeo de Souza-Cardoso in Amarante (Portugal), the Miguel Castro Collection (Portugal), as well as in private collections in Poland and Portugal.
